Assisted a regional retail operation in connection with the sale and leaseback with its one million square foot warehouse/distribution center.

Rachel has over 18 years of experience specializing in sophisticated estate planning for high net worth individuals and international clients, wealth protection planning, complex tax planning, probate and guardianship administrations, and contested and litigated probate matters. She routinely files 709 gift tax returns and 706 estate tax returns for her clients. Rachel also has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of corporate and business matters, including merger, sale and acquisition transactions.
